Transfers and cancellations
More than 14 days before start: transfer to another date/delegate at no charge, or cancel for a full refund.
If we move a date
If we reschedule or cancel a session, you may transfer to any future date at no charge or take a full refund, whichever you prefer. We confirm sessions once four seats are booked and notify you at least 10 business days before the start date.
Corporate and volume bookings
Purchase-order and invoice bookings are subject to the same terms. Named delegates may be substituted at any time before the first session at no charge. Terms agreed in a signed quote take precedence over this page.
How to request
Email trainings@reinventsecurity.org with your order reference. We respond within one business day and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
